As a service to our tenants we offer the Guardian Protection Plan. At a very low cost and with no deductible Guardian Storage will reimburse you up to an agreed amount for damage to your stored property resulting from:

• Fire, explosion or smoke
• Theft, vandalism or malicious mischief
• Roof leak or water damage
• Windstorm that first causes damage
to the building
• Collapse of the building where property
is stored
• Impact of aircraft, missile or vehicles

Insuring Items in Self Storage

Even if you have insurance coverage for your stored items through a homeowner’s or renter’s insurance plan, you can still gain valuable benefits from our Guardian Protection Plan. The deductible on your insurance policy is likely to be hundreds, possibly even thousands, of dollars. So even if your insurance company pays a claim for damage to your belongings, you’ll still be out the amount of the deductible.
